Guest Daily Sample Schedule
Each evening you will receive under your door your individual schedule for the following day, which is customized to meet your particular medical and emotional needs.
The following is a general idea of the daily routine:
6:45 Short inspirational thought
7:00 Stretching exercises
7:45 Breakfast in the Main Lodge Dining Room
8:30 Short walk
9:00 - 1:00 Individual daily treatments, daily workouts, Dr. appointments, counseling appointments, cooking classes, workouts in the gym
1:00 Lecture presentation (presented by CHIP Facilitator)
2:00 Dinner in the Main Lodge Dining Room
3:00 Group Walk
4:00 - 6:00 Individual treatments or workouts (if you did not have it in the morning)
6:30 Lecture presentation (presented by CHIP Facilitator or staff)
7:30 Free time, then bedtime
