Coleslaw Dressing

1 cup well cooked brown rice
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh onion
1 teaspoon salt
one tiny pinch stevia powder
 
Blend well in blender.  Pour over shredded cabbage and mix well.
