I'm Barb originally from South Dakota, but now from Bullhead City, AZ. I work full-time as an RN. I recently was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and need all the help I can get to not have to take medication. Thanks, Barb

Welcome to the forum Barb! Sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. That can certainly be a wake up call! I agree that you want to stay of meds and that is certainly possible if you follow all the laws of health.
