Please note that due to the nature of certain products, all sales are final for the following categories:

• Personal care items (including creams, lotions, and other skincare products)
• Dietary supplements and herbal products 
• Books (unless received damaged or defective)
• Gift Shop items (including bookmarks, mugs)
• Clothing (unless unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact)
• Exercise equipment (unless defective upon delivery)

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products in these categories.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.
