12-Virtual Wellness Program
You will have 12 weeks of two per week instruction, via Zoom, with exercises, cooking classes and lectures designed to guide you further in your wellness journey.
Wellness Program - On Campus & Virtual
This begins step 1 of our Rocket Launch health program. Eight (8) days will be spent on our beautiful campus where you will begin to both cleanse your body and start to give it the materials needed to repair past damage. Upon returning home, you will start step 2 where you will have 12 weeks of two per week instruction, via Zoom, with exercises, cooking classes and lectures designed to guide you further in your wellness journey.
